Are your DKIM records not recognised?
DKIM records come in different flavours, some TXT records and other CNAME records depending on your email provider.
My clients have gone down the Microsoft 365 route and we found that they were not coming through DNS from a well known DNS and website provider. After waiting for almost a week we forcibly had to pull through the records by going onto Azure Portal and starting up a PowerShell session. You do have to have a subscription for this, but don't worry as this is one of the cheaper services so you don't actually have to pay much! You could run the script and then remove the service to save but I'd rather keep it for the very low monthly cost - £0.01 this month.
The instructions, should you need them can be found on the following link:

Are your emails being spoofed?
One of our clients have recently had the horrible experience of having their email addresses being spoofed. Let's face it, there are terrible people out there who will do anything to make money. You need to protect yourself as best you can!

MS Kaizala: Multi-login failure
If like me you quite like Microsoft's Kaizala and were really eager to install on more than one device, only to find out you get a Multiple login failure error message, don't despair. The solution, whilst not elegant, is simple.
